Who operates this app
MGC Convenience Corp operates SpeedZone Store OS for the authorized SpeedZone Convenience team to manage sales, cash, bank activity, bills, vendor purchases, payroll, and monthly business records. Contact us at mgcconveniencecorp@gmail.com with privacy or account questions.
Sign-in information
When you choose Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, process your account identifier, email address, and basic profile information, which may include your name and profile picture. We use this information to verify your identity, match you to an approved store account, and maintain your session. Authenticator enrollment and verification information is processed to provide a second sign-in check. This sign-in integration does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, your contacts, or your calendar.
The available ChatGPT sign-in option provides an account identifier, email address, and name for the same account-access purpose. Signing in alone does not grant access to store records; your account must be approved.
Business records and connected services
The app stores information entered by authorized users, including sales, expenses, vendor invoices, uploaded documents, employee and payroll records, cash counts, bank records, and closeout reports. When configured and connected by an authorized user, Square supplies sales and settlement information, and Plaid supplies linked bank account, balance, and transaction information. Bank sign-in is completed through Plaid or the financial institution; this app does not ask you to enter your bank password into its own forms.
When you use Store AI, your messages and the business information needed to answer your question may be sent to OpenAI. Chat history and proposed or completed actions are stored in the app. You can choose to use the store's regular forms without using Store AI.
How information is used and shared
We use information to operate the store's recordkeeping tools, calculate reports, support authorized users, maintain access controls, and investigate errors or misuse. Authorized store users can see records according to the app's access controls. Service providers involved in hosting, storage, authentication, bank connections, sales synchronization, and AI processing receive information needed for those services. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Google sign-in data is used for account access and support, not for advertising or sale.
Sessions, preferences, and security records
The app uses cookies to maintain sign-in and complete authentication. Browser storage remembers device preferences such as language and the selected view. Operational and audit records may include account identifiers, timestamps, and changes made to store records. Security protections reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every incident will be prevented.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained while needed to operate the store, maintain business and accounting history, and meet applicable obligations. To request access, a correction, account removal, or deletion of information, contact mgcconveniencecorp@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain some business or audit records. You can sign out of the app and revoke Google access in your Google Account's connected-app settings. Revoking sign-in access does not automatically delete historical business records.
Updates
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new effective date. Material changes affecting how Google user data is used will be described before the new use begins.
